Orders typically take 3–7 days to be processed before they are shipped.
Shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:

United States: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business day

When will I receive my order?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities located worldwide!

Will I be charged customs fees?

Additional customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These charges are not under our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking directly with your local customs office to see whether duties or taxes apply to your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they are holding your package.
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but the shipping cost will be at your expense.
